The Supervisory Board of Directors jointly controls the activities of A1WG . The Board is the principal backbone of the Group, deciding key strategies and processes to implement, to ensure the group’s success. The board meets on a quarterly basis to agree on strategic decisions and ensure resources are available to achieve organizational goals and review A1WG’s performance. The board consists of well-qualified and experienced multi-national personalities with long sector experience in Infrastructure, Financing, and Investment. A Corporate Compliance Policy has been approved and implemented through the Board of Directors.
